The Dunk is designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara, his fragment design creative outlet, and Nike Sportswear. The Fragment Design x Nike Dunk includes the unique right-left reverse colorways and fragment design’s lightening emblems on the heel.

It can be confirmed that another Jordan retro release will be hitting the stores this year - Air Jordan XI "Concord" Retro. We have already had the Jordan 3 "Cement Grey" this year and along with this release, it looks to be one of the best years for Nike shoe releases. The shoes are set for a release in the latter part of the year, but will certainly be one to wait for. I will keep you posted!!

James Blake is the new sensation in the dubstep scene. James Blake breaks the rules by his different approach to the genre. You have to know the rules in order to break them with such conviction, and by daring to be different, James stands head and shoulders above his peers. No doubt, you'll remember where you were when you heard tracks like 'Limit to Your Love' or 'I Never Learnt to Share' for the first time. On hearing his album for the first time, it sounded a little uncommon but on listening to it again for a second time, it was a true creative experience of soulfulness and rhythm (or lack of it). The hit song 'Limit To Your Love' will knock you off your couch with its sheer bassline. The new album James Blake will definitely be one which you will either love or hate!!

Edison Chen x Nike Sportswear - Bowery Stadium MFG Custom Destroyer

Actor, musician, producer, and fashion designer, Edison Chen checked into the Nike’s “Bowery Stadium” for a special Destroyer jacket session. As founder of clothing company CLOT Inc., and multimedia company, Clot Media Division, Edison has been one of the cultural leaders in China since near the beginning of the millenium. Edison Chen put together a black and red number which symbolizes the “CLOT RAT PACK” team. This video also goes into Chen’s creative process throughout his creation of his own destroyer. Nike's "Bowery Stadium" is an absolutely brilliant concept, this just shows that Nike continues to out wit their major competitors with excellent ideas.

Steven Alan x Nike Sportswear

New York designer Steven Alan collaborates with Nike to create four styles which have been draw on Nike's archives and add Steven's impeccably clean twist. The shoes from the archive include such classics as the Toki, Lava Dome, Talache Low and the Magma. All the styles are very much low on branding and have a really clean and slick look. As I have said before, it looks like an absolutely fantastic year for Nike releases.

For those that might be surprised as to when Nike started to sponsor the France National Team, this deal was done way before the last World Cup. The new, more tight-fitting cut, takes its inspiration directly from the world of men’s ready-to-wear fashion. The embodiment of French elegance. The way the crest is formed is one of the most innovative things about this jersey from a technological and design point of view.

Nike have collaborated with TomTom to create the Nike+ SportWatch GPS. This watch will provide athletes with the most dynamic and motivational running experience in the world. Aloe Blacc "Femme Fatale"

Stones Throw artist Aloe Blacc is the one to watch in 2011. This song Femme Fatale is taken off his brilliant album Good Things which makes an indistinct middle ground between hip-hop, gospel, soul and RnB. "My purpose for music is positive social change", says Aloe Blacc. This is truely a great album and they are some brilliant songs on the album especially songs such as I Need a Dollar (Theme tune for HBO show "How to make it in America"), Green Lights and Politician.

The Nike Black History Month 2011 Collection includes the Converse Star Player, Air Jordan III, Nike Zoom Kobe VI, and the historic Nike Air Force 1; each shoe features the lustrious Black and Gold colorway and a particular graphic element in each shoe which is truely fantastic. This collection is only to be released in the US. Looking at this collection, 2011 looks to be one of the best years for Nike shoe releases in long while.

Even though the A Bathing Ape x Champion collab has been around since the end of last year, I thought that it was something to talk about. The two brands worked on the College Crewneck Sweaters and Hoodie coming in both a navy and grey colours. Both are basically produced by Champion and enhanced by Bape with their classic logo print.
