Nike MAG 2011: Raises Over $5.6 million dollars

As the Nike MAG auction ended yesterday, it will definitely be regarded as the biggest sneaker event of the year, if not ever. Nike sold 1500 pairs of the sneaker in just 10 days which raised a fantastic total of $5,695,190 USD of which all of the proceeds will go to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. The figure will rise to double the total as Co-founder of Google, Sergey Brin promised to match the total figure so it will rise to around $11,390,381.10 USD.

Day 3 = $554,120.31
Day 4 = $508,077.50
Day 5 = $511,112.10
Day 6 = $492,481.97
Day 7 = $488,076.90
Day 8 = $499,851.16

Day 10 = $570,523.52
Total = $5,695,190.53
